JSLT® Magnetic Curve Tracks utilize high-molecular UHMWPE polymer bases embedded with permanent Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NdFeB) magnetic retention blocks. Designed for high-speed beverage, canning, and glass bottle conveyor lines to firmly hold steel/plastic slat top chains in curves without mechanical tab hooks or beveled edges.
• Easy open-top chain cleaning & rapid chain replacement (Zero disassembly of curve tracks)
• Custom Bend Angles: 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 180° with custom centerline radii (R500 – R2000 mm)
• Available in 1-Track, 2-Track, 3-Track, up to 8-Track Multi-Lane Configurations
